3.0 hrs cycling. Hwy 30 to Sauvies Island. Touring bike

Notes: Tired from running and C-Velo workout. Calves and traps sore (kettlebells). L wrist slightly better, ulnar side of hand went numb after 2 hrs. L foot no pain. Appetite low, low grade head congestion.
